He also contributed to managing and handling many complex cases in real estate, commercial, administrative, tax, and other fields, and pleaded cases before courts of all levels and judicial and quasi-judicial committees, which contributed to building advanced practical experience in dispute management and addressing legal challenges.

He also worked in the Medical Services of the Ministry of Interior, handling important and confidential files and cases, and contributed to developing and organizing the legal department's work through developing effective strategies for case management, organizing legal consultation work, and improving contract drafting mechanisms and legal work efficiency, until he held the position of Legal Department Director.

He gained this experience through a diverse career path, which gave him a comprehensive legal vision combining regulatory depth, practical understanding, and business environment needs.

He is specialized in managing and controlling legal departments for companies and providing legal consultations, with distinction in contract drafting and controlling their legal dimensions to preserve rights and reduce risks, engineering company establishment and designing their legal structures in line with operational and investment objectives, in addition to his expertise in drafting regulations, legislation, internal policies, corporate governance, and anti-money laundering regulations. He also possesses advanced experience in the real estate and commercial sectors and in structuring and handling estates and managing related legal procedures to ensure the preservation of rights and organizing their transfer according to regulatory and Sharia frameworks; he has worked on estates totaling over one billion Saudi Riyals.

He is distinguished by in-depth knowledge of the judicial reality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the requirements of pleading before various courts at all levels and judicial and quasi-judicial committees, where his practical experience contributed to building effective litigation strategies in complex real estate, commercial, administrative, tax, labor, and other disputes, with care to control contractual drafting in line with prevailing judicial trends and practical court practices, achieving the highest levels of legal protection for clients and reducing the risks of future disputes.

Throughout his career, he held the position of Director of Litigation and Consultations Department at one of the largest law firms, then assumed the position of Executive Director, demonstrating high competence in leading legal teams, organizing operational work, and developing institutional performance, and contributed to managing and handling many complex cases and files of a special nature, which contributed to building advanced practical experience in dispute management and addressing legal challenges.

He currently holds the position of Partner and Chief Operating Officer at AT Lawyers and Consultants, where he oversees executive management and leads operational and legal operations, and contributes to developing institutional performance, enhancing the governance system, controlling the quality of legal outputs, and managing client relationships, within the framework of the company's vision towards providing integrated legal services according to the highest professional standards.
